Blackberry Sauce with Game
This sauce can be used with any game - Turkey, Wild Pigeon, Hen or Chicken, Duck.
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 cup blackberries
- ¼ cup sherry
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup water
Mix all the ingredients together and baste the game after it has cooked about half way. Baste again near the end of the cooking and then use the drained juices as gravy. Delicious.
